If your location is not served by our standard logistics partners, we will arrange an equally fast and secure express courier for delivery. We will notify you of the tracking number via phone for convenient logistics monitoring.

2. Customized diamond rings will be shipped within 14 business days after purchase.

3. DIVINO does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
