After-Sales Service Guidelines

  1. Service Content: You may apply for after-sales services through DIVINO's online customer service, including cleaning, repair, resizing, engraving, and other after-sales services.

  2. Required Materials: To protect your rights, relevant items must be provided for after-sales requests. Lost or damaged items will require corresponding charges (details available via customer service). Required items for different services are as follows:

    • 2.1 Cleaning/Repair/Resizing/Engraving: The jewelry item itself and electronic proof of purchase.

  3. Metal Loss Notice: Except for cleaning services, other after-sales services may involve minimal metal loss due to the condition of the item and the extent of restoration. DIVINO strives to minimize such loss, and slight variations in the item before and after restoration are normal.

  4. Third-Party Handling: If the jewelry has been processed or repaired by a third party not authorized by DIVINO, we will be unable to provide any quality guarantee or after-sales services.


7-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Instructions:
If you wish to apply for a 7-day no-reason return or exchange, you must return the purchased item within seven days of delivery, following the requirements below. We will process your request within one week after receiving and verifying the returned item. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the inability to process your return/exchange.

Return Requirements:

  1. Item Condition: Returned items must be brand-new, genuine products, without engraving, never worn, unaltered in size, undamaged, without any value depreciation, and in resalable condition.

  2. Packaging & Accessories: All original packaging, gifts (if any), tags, appraisal certificates (if any), and paper invoices (if any) must be returned intact, without folding, tampering, or staining. If an e-invoice was issued, it must not have been used for reimbursement.

  3. Shipping & Insurance: We recommend using specific courier services for returns (details available from customer service). Do not use cash-on-delivery for return shipments, otherwise we will refuse acceptance (unless otherwise agreed).

  4. Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for only one exchange. For your protection, please consider carefully before contacting customer service.

Due to the nature of certain jewelry products, the following items purchased on our official website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the 7-day no-reason policy: platinum, 18K gold, loose diamonds, and custom-made pieces. We appreciate your understanding.
